Bao Loc Military Command organizes a competition for teaching aid models and excellent training officers

(LĐ online) - On the morning of February 25, the Military Command of Bao Loc City organized a contest to display models of teaching aids, equipment, training tools and excellent training officers in 2025 with the participation of the Military Commands of 11 wards and communes in the city.

Commanders of Military Commands of wards and communes presented models of teaching aids, equipment, and training tools of the unit at the Competition.

The contest focused on displaying models of teaching aids, equipment, and training tools of the militia and reserve forces at the grassroots level in Bao Loc City. These included initiatives and improvements to training aid models in infantry combat techniques, training models of guns, bullets, and explosive devices; competitions on training materials such as targets, boards of all kinds, mines, and traps; and competitions on training lesson plans.

The units camped to display their teaching aids and training equipment for the Organizing Committee to evaluate, score and classify.

At the contest, the units have carefully prepared the system of signs and teaching aids to prepare for high-quality training in 2025.

Many units have had new initiatives and improvements to reduce time and effort and help soldiers easily understand and become familiar with equipment and facilities to serve training and combat readiness.

A variety of training equipment and tools were displayed by the units at the Competition.

The contest displayed many typical initiatives of officers and soldiers in Bao Loc city and wards and communes such as: Gun aiming model serving basic training of militia and self-defense forces (Loc Phat ward); Model of infantry combat bunker and capturing enemy bunker (Dam Bri commune); Remote-controlled rotary mine model (Loc Thanh commune) and Model of creating fake gunfire sounds used for training new soldiers and first-year militia and self-defense forces to get acquainted with gunfire (Loc Nga commune)...

Units presented new and outstanding initiatives at the Competition.

The contest also included competitions related to the following contents: General understanding of the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces, the Law on Military Service; practicing military regulations; drafting and reporting combat plans of the Commanders and Deputy Commanders of the Military Commands of wards and communes.

The contest is an important preparation step to create a vibrant atmosphere before the 2025 training season in Bao Loc City. Thereby, it aims to encourage and motivate officers and soldiers in the entire city's armed forces to strive to be passionate about research, innovation, and technical and material models in training.

This is also an opportunity for officers and soldiers of Bao Loc City's armed forces to exchange and learn more about new features, techniques, tactics, equipment, and innovative innovations.

At the end of the Competition, the Organizing Committee evaluated and awarded prizes to units with outstanding achievements; at the same time, a meeting was held to review experiences so that units could overcome shortcomings and limitations, and continue to do well in preparing for the 2025 training season with high results.
