Speaking at the launching ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association of Dak Lak province H'Giang Nie said that in recent years, the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in the province has increasingly developed with diverse content and rich forms, creating a good impression in the hearts of the people and being recognized by society.
This year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign takes place in the atmosphere of the whole province competing to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union at all levels, towards the 9th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Dak Lak province, term 2024-2029 and to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the founding of Dak Lak province (November 22, 1904 - November 22, 2024).

The 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign has 1 program "Supporting the exam season" and 4 campaigns: Green Summer, Pink Vacation, Red Flamboyant, Green March. With the theme "Dak Lak Youth Volunteers", in this year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, the youth of the whole province set 17 targets, specifying the contents of activities associated with the political tasks of the province, clearly identifying key areas, target groups, and participating forces...
At the same time, we strive to carry out more than 35 youth projects and 69 youth activities; organize the launch of 106 youth volunteer teams, with a total value of nearly 4 billion VND. At the Campaign Launch Ceremony alone, Dak Lak youth built 8 projects and 20 youth activities with a total value of more than 2.1 billion VND.

In order for the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign to achieve the best results, Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union Secretary H'Giang Nie requested that all levels of the Youth Union, Association, and Team in the province build youth projects and tasks for remote areas, ethnic minority areas; participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; promote volunteer activities for community life, "Repaying gratitude", "When drinking water, remember its source". At the same time, focus on implementing the "3 links" policy (linking forces, linking areas, linking communities), the "1+1" and "1+2" policies when implementing activities.
