This information was given at the conference to summarize regular university enrollment in 2023 and enrollment directions in 2024 and 2025.
Proposing the enrollment direction for 2024 and from 2025, Associate Professor Bui Duc Trieu, Head of Training Management Department, said that the school will basically maintain the enrollment quota and admission method based on high school graduation exam scores as in 2023 with about 18% of the quota, a decrease of 7% compared to 2023.
The school will increase the admission quota for the combined admission method to 80% and direct admission to 2%. In addition, the National Economics University will conduct research to simplify the combined admission method without affecting the rights of candidates.
It is expected that from 2025, the National Economics University will adjust the admission combination to suit the method and content of the high school graduation exam, and at the same time research the admission code by major/group of majors/schools.
According to the plan, the National Economics University will be transformed into the National Economics University in 2025. In the last 6 months of this year, the university will establish 3 affiliated schools, expected to be: School of Economics, School of Business and School of Technology. After that, depending on conditions and development roadmap, a number of other schools will continue to be established.
