At the ceremony to honor families with meritorious services towards the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), Journalist Nguyen Xuan Toan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dan Tri newspaper, on behalf of the Editorial Board, kindly visited and encouraged typical meritorious families, relatives of war invalids, martyrs, veterans... in Quynh Nhai district, Son La province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Toan emphasized that Dan Tri newspaper is the mouthpiece of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The charity program of Dan Tri newspaper is one of the contents that has created the brand of the newspaper over the years.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony to honor families with meritorious services, relatives of war invalids and martyrs in Quynh Nhai district, Mr. Lo Thanh Thuy, Vice Chairman of Quynh Nhai District People's Committee, said that Quynh Nhai is a homeland with a revolutionary tradition, with more than 200 soldiers who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people, and were awarded the title of martyr by the State.

Quynh Nhai district also has more than 500 people who are war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with revolutionary contributions. The whole district has 3 mothers who were awarded and posthumously awarded the title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother" by the State (deceased). Those great contributions of the previous generations will forever be respected and appreciated by the Party, State and people.
