In his speech assigning tasks, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation requested the Party Executive Committees of the provincial Party agencies to direct the completion of documents, working regulations, and work programs for promulgation and implementation. At the same time, focus on directing the organization and arrangement of the apparatus and job positions of the Party Committees, especially the standing agencies assisting the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies. Prepare a plan to organize the congress, congress documents for the 2025-2030 term; in which the political report must clearly identify the goals, tasks and directions for the coming term. Focus on leading and directing the congresses of the Party Committees and affiliated Party cells, striving to complete them in early April 2025.

For subordinate Party Committees, it is necessary to organize and promulgate working regulations, especially for units receiving additional tasks from the Party Delegation and Party Executive Committee. Assign tasks to comrades in the Executive Committee, Party Cell, and Standing Committee to lead and direct the implementation of tasks. At the same time, focus on leading and directing the preparation of political reports of the Party Committee. In particular, the political report must clearly define the role in leadership and direction of the Party Committee and Party Cell in implementing tasks for the next term and must identify this as the most important political task. In performing professional tasks, it is necessary to specifically identify the tasks in the conditions of organizing, arranging, and streamlining the organizational apparatus.
