Resignation letter of Mr. Do Anh Tuan - Chairman of Board of Directors of Sunshine Home - written and submitted on February 25.
At the same time, Sunshine Home's Board of Directors also dismissed Ms. Do Thi Dinh from the position of general director according to her personal wishes.
Previously, Ms. Dinh submitted her resignation on February 24, one day before the chairman.
According to the Board of Directors' resolution, Ms. Dinh is responsible for handing over all work, records, and related documents to the new general director according to regulations. The latest time to complete the handover is 30 days from the date of dismissal.
Ms. Dinh's successor is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngoc (born in 1977) - holding the position of deputy general director of this company. The new general director Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngoc will also be the legal representative of the former general director.

Previously, Mr. Do Anh Tuan and Ms. Do Thi Dinh were appointed to leadership positions at Sunshine Home on the same day in June 2021.
According to the 2024 management report, Mr. Tuan holds 65% of Sunshine Home's capital, equivalent to more than 243.7 million shares.
Meanwhile, Ms. Dinh owns nearly 1.8% of the company's capital, or more than 6.73 million shares.
Recently, this real estate company has recorded many changes in personnel.
On February 15, SSH's Board of Directors also dismissed Mr. Cao Phi Hung - CFO - at his personal request.
Sunshine Home is a real estate brand within the ecosystem of Sunshine Group - a group chaired by Mr. Do Anh Tuan.
Regarding business performance, the newly released financial report shows that Sunshine Home recorded revenue for the whole year of 2024 reaching VND 2,933 billion, an increase but not significant compared to the previous year.
Revenue increased slightly, while cost of goods sold increased by 40% compared to the same period, reaching VND 1,533 billion. Therefore, SSH's gross profit decreased by 23%, to VND 1,380 billion.
Not to mention, the company's financial revenue last year also dropped sharply from VND960 billion to VND430 billion. As a result, after-tax profit reached VND836 billion, down 36%.
