On the afternoon of January 22, on the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year 2025 and towards the anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), General Secretary To Lam visited and burned incense to commemorate the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at his private residence.
