Implementing the Youth Union and Youth Movement Program in 2025, practically organizing activities to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025), aiming to welcome Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party for the 2025 - 2030 term, on the morning of March 2, 2025, the Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai coordinated with sister units in Dung Quat to organize the Launching Ceremony of Youth Month in 2025 with many meaningful activities associated with the theme "Youth is proud to firmly believe in the Party".
Attending the ceremony were comrade Huynh Thi Hong - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Son district, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Sen - Deputy Secretary of Binh Son District Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Binh Son district, and representatives of leaders of agencies, departments and branches of Binh Son district; leaders, Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thuan commune; comrades who are members of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of Binh Son District Youth Union, Secretaries of communes, towns and unions under Binh Son district; Youth Union of Quang Ngai Maritime Port Authority, Youth Union of Quang Ngai Provincial Customs Department, Youth Union of Dung Quat Port Border Guard Station, Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai and more than 200 union members, members, youth and forces participating in volunteering to carry out projects and tasks at the Launching Ceremony of Youth Month 2025.
At the ceremony, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union and other units presented 20 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) to disadvantaged children in Binh Thuan commune. At the same time, 50 trash baskets were presented to 50 households to contribute to building residential areas that reduce plastic waste and classify waste at source, joining hands to build a civilized and environmentally friendly community. Immediately after the launching ceremony, the units divided into 3 groups to simultaneously implement many youth projects and tasks to respond to Youth Month 2025, specifically as follows:
- Organized the program "Young doctors follow Uncle Ho's teachings and volunteer for community health". The program examined, provided free medicine, and provided health consultation to 150 elderly people in difficult circumstances in Binh Thuan commune.
- Organize the launch of "Green Sunday" to implement a residential area model to reduce plastic waste and classify waste at source, and clean the sea at Nhat beach, Thuan Phuoc village.
- Organized the implementation of the youth project Solar Road "Lighting up the Countryside" including 30 solar lamp posts. At the same time, in response to the Government's Project to Plant 1 Billion Trees, the units coordinated to implement the project "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Road", planting 150 golden bell trees in Binh Thuan commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province.
The above activities not only bring practical meaning but also are opportunities for young people to express their love for their homeland, ready to act for an increasingly developed and prosperous community. This is also an opportunity for the twinned units in the commune to actively contribute with the political system and local authorities in joining hands for community life.
