Through a survey, the whole province has 31 craft villages and traditional craft villages developing 5 groups of industries, achieving an average total revenue of over 675.7 billion VND/year.
Of these, the largest are 9 craft villages producing wooden products, rattan and bamboo, ceramics, glass, textiles, yarn, embroidery, weaving, and small mechanics. Next are 7 craft villages processing and preserving agricultural, forestry, and aquatic products; 7 craft villages growing mulberry and producing cocoons and silk. The remaining 5 craft villages grow and trade flowers; 3 craft villages grow and process bamboo, small-scale industry, and teach weaving.
Statistics show that the proportion of craft villages using input materials for production in the province accounts for 80%; materials from outside the province account for 10%; imported materials account for 10%.
