On the morning of March 27, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Center, Bac Ninh branch, coordinated with the Guangxi Council for the Promotion of International Trade to organize the Cross-Border Cooperation Conference on Trade Law between Vietnam and China and signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on establishing a comprehensive arbitration platform for Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises".

In the context of increasingly deep economic integration and increasing demand for bilateral trade cooperation, the Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Center, Bac Ninh branch, and the Guangxi - China Trade Mediation Association have reached important agreements to support businesses of the two countries in the process of cooperation and trade promotion.

The signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between the Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Center and representatives of the Guangxi Council for the Promotion of International Trade not only marks an important step forward in the cooperation between Vietnam and China in the field of trade, but also demonstrates the strong commitment of both sides in supporting businesses, protecting legitimate rights and creating a transparent and fair business environment.

The event marks an important step forward in building a legal corridor to support bilateral trade activities, especially in the field of brand protection and anti-counterfeiting, opening up many opportunities for cooperation and business development for enterprises of Bac Ninh province in particular and Vietnam in general in the current open economic context.
