Quang Binh has a strategic position in terms of national defense and security in the North Central region. With its geographical advantages and natural resources, tourism has become a key economic sector, contributing to socio-economic development, changing the face of infrastructure and generating income for many localities. In recent times, the province has had many policies and solutions to attract investment and improve the efficiency of tourism exploitation. However, this development also affects security, environment, culture and the development zone, requiring close coordination between sectors to ensure national defense and security and protect national secrets. On that basis, the Provincial Military Command has deployed the science and technology task of "Researching the impact of tourism economic development on the task of building the development zone of Quang Binh province in the new situation".
