Honoring 200 outstanding children delegates

The congress was held with the theme "Tay Ninh children: Compete to study well, follow in the footsteps of their fathers and brothers - Bring glory to the country".

Many outstanding children were commended and rewarded.

This is an important political event for the province's children, an opportunity to commend and honor outstanding children who have excelled in studying, training and participating in Team activities. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to evaluate and summarize the work of the Team and the children's movement in the province in the period of 2020-2025, and set out directions and tasks for the next period.

Mr. Le Anh Quan - Vice President of the Central Council of Young Pioneers presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

Attending the event were Mr. Le Anh Quan - Vice Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers; Director of the Vietnam Children's Development Center; Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh Province; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, and organizations; delegates who are former leaders of the Provincial Youth Union through the periods and 300 children's delegates, in charge of teams representing 160,000 Tay Ninh children attending the Congress.

Through 84 seasons of flowers growing up with the country, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers have continuously grown and matured. With the tradition of "Young age, great ambition", Tay Ninh children in recent times have also continuously studied, trained, and promoted the role of children to make the Provincial Young Pioneers increasingly larger and stronger.

At the congress, the young pioneers and children of the province reported on the outstanding results and achievements of Tay Ninh children through the activities of the Pioneers and the children's movement in the period of 2020-2025. The activity took place in the form of performing traditional activities with the theme of Obeying Uncle Ho's teachings - Vietnamese children were ready to be excited, skillfully integrating propaganda work about the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers.

In particular, the movement "Tay Ninh children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings" in the past 5 years has achieved many remarkable results, contributing to educating teenagers and children in the province to study better, be more obedient, and be more active in work, study, and collective and social activities.

Since then, many outstanding young faces, excellent in studying, training and participating in Team activities, have been nurtured, confidently advancing to the Youth Union, becoming brilliant flowers in Uncle Ho's children's flower garden.

In order to encourage the team members and children to constantly compete and strive to achieve more achievements in studying and training, Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee paid special attention and presented 84 Uncle Ho badges to outstanding children, on the occasion of the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team. This is a noble award that Uncle Ho gave to good examples of work, and at the same time shows the attention of the Party and State leaders to children.

During the period of 2020-2025, the activities of the Team and the children's movement in Tay Ninh province have achieved many achievements. Recognizing the continuous efforts of all outstanding team members, teenagers and children of the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commended and rewarded 40 team members who achieved the title of Outstanding Uncle Ho's Good Children of Tay Ninh province, 2025.

At the congress, the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union unanimously selected 7 outstanding children representing more than 160,000 Tay Ninh children to attend the 10th National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress in 2025. The congress is scheduled to take place from May 16-18, 2025 in Hanoi.

Delegates of the Central Youth Union and provincial leaders presented commendations and rewards to team members who achieved the title of Outstanding Uncle Ho's Good Children of Tay Ninh province.

Join hands to nurture and develop the future

On this occasion, Tay Ninh children were excited to receive many gifts of meaningful projects and works from the Central Council of the Young Pioneers and sponsoring units such as: 200 gifts for outstanding children of the province; 5,000 white shirts of love - support to go to school, period 2025 - 2030; 200 million VND for the Lighting up Dreams Scholarship; 2 playgrounds for children; 17 decent bookcases for the teams.

Informing and encouraging the young pioneers and children of Tay Ninh, Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his joy, excitement and pride in what the young pioneers and children of the province have achieved in the past time; at the same time, he praised the care and attention of all levels, sectors, unions and Youth Union and Young Pioneer organizations that directly guide and mentor the future young buds of the province.

Entering a new era - the era of national development, facing opportunities and challenges of development, care, education, protection and development for children, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that sectors, levels, localities and units continue to have specific and practical action programs and jobs for children; coordinate to invest more in the work of protecting, caring for and educating children, especially helping children in especially difficult circumstances, children in remote and border areas, so that they can play, study and practice better.

Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee gave a speech to encourage Tay Ninh children.

For the Youth Union and Young Pioneers at all levels, and comrades in charge of Young Pioneers, he suggested that cadres need to adapt quickly to changes, continue to innovate the content and methods of activities of the Youth Union and Young Pioneers, improve the quality of Young Pioneers' activities according to each subject; advise well on training and reserve cadres to do Youth Union and Young Pioneers' work to ensure continuity; supervise the implementation of the Law on Children and other regulations of the Party and State on child care, education and protection; proactively propose policies and programs to care for and support children's comprehensive development; promote the role of the Children's Council.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that Tay Ninh children will continue to promote their achievements. In the coming time, they will continue to be shining examples in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings, always striving and training to become good children and good students, worthy of the title "Good Children of Uncle Ho".

The 13th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children in Tay Ninh Province is a memorable mark in the childhood of the young pioneers and children. The Congress contributed to creating strong motivation and encouraging the children of the province to compete to implement Uncle Ho's 5 teachings, striving to become good children, good students, good pioneers, and good children of Uncle Ho.
