BHG - On the morning of March 11, at the Provincial Party Committee Hall, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement a number of new policies of the Politburo, the Central Secretariat and to implement the Decision and inspection plan of the Provincial Party Committee. The conference was held in person at the Provincial Party Committee headquarters and online to 11 connecting points in districts and cities in the province. Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference. Attending the conference were comrades: Thao Hong Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Building Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, the XV National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province; leaders of a number of agencies, departments and branches of the province. The conference listened to Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Tran Quang Minh announce Decision No. 1830 dated March 10, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of Inspection Teams of the Provincial Party Committee to inspect the Standing Committees of District Party Committees, City Party Committees, Provincial Public Security Party Committees and some grassroots Party Committees. Through the inspection, it correctly assessed the political determination, responsibility, methods, approaches, advantages, limitations, shortcomings and causes of the Standing Committees of District Party Committees, City Party Committees, Provincial Public Security Party Committees and some grassroots Party Committees of the province in leading, directing, advising and implementing the inspected contents. Through the inspection, grasping the situation, urging the inspected Party Committees and Party organizations to speed up the progress, improve the quality and effectiveness in leading, directing, advising and implementing the inspected contents; Ensure that the policies, directives, resolutions, conclusions, programs and plans of the Party and the Provincial Party Committee are fully and promptly disseminated and implemented seriously, effectively and substantially.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh requested: Party committees at all levels to do a good job of preparing for Party Congresses at all levels and in the immediate future direct the organization and completion of Party cell congresses under Party committees of agencies in the province. Do a good job of managing records and public assets for units subject to merger and streamlining. Promote emulation movements to achieve achievements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels. In implementing Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently" and the conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat requested Party committees at all levels to strengthen propaganda, dissemination, dissemination and implementation to each cadre, party member and the masses, creating a high response and consensus of society so that the implementation achieves the best results. Promote the exemplary leading role of cadres and party members, especially leaders in working activities, be transparent in performing tasks, and sacrifice personal interests for the common interests of the collective. Regarding personnel work, Party committees at all levels thoroughly implement Conclusion 127 and other conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat from March 7, 2025 to temporarily suspend recruitment, planning, rotation, appointment, nomination and nomination, and approve the policy of perfecting positions for the 2020-2025 term at the provincial, district and commune levels in the whole province. Focus on inspection work to ensure the regime for cadres and civil servants in accordance with the provisions of law, publicity, transparency and under the supervision of the people. Regarding the inspection task of the Provincial Party Committee, the subject and object of inspection must comply with the principles of democratic centralism, objectivity, publicity, transparency, in accordance with the principles, methods, procedures and regulations of the Party on inspection work; promote the fighting spirit, self-criticism and criticism of the inspected Party organization. The Standing Committees of the District Party Committees, City Party Committees directly under the province and the inspected Party Committees and grassroots Party Committees direct the relevant Party organizations, cadres and Party members to coordinate and create conditions for the Inspection Team to complete the task.
