40 trainees attended the training on "Consulting on building operating procedures for cooperatives"

Trainees participated in the training and divided into groups to discuss and clarify the training content.

The training course was attended by 40 trainees who are officers of the Cooperative Union of the provinces: An Giang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Hau Giang, Lam Dong and Tra Vinh.

With the goal of contributing to promoting the development of cooperatives in Vietnam in general, some provinces have their own strengths and characteristics; at the same time, in order to implement the Vietnam Cooperative Development Cooperation Program with DGRV, Tra Vinh Cooperative Alliance is the host of the training course on "Consulting on building operating procedures for cooperatives".

During the 3-day training, the trainees were equipped and shared with basic knowledge about cooperatives and cooperative development experiences by the officers of the Federal Cooperative Federation of Germany Project. They gained basic knowledge about operating processes and the reasons why cooperatives need to develop operating processes for the services provided; learned more about the relationship between operating processes and the cooperative's business model; basic principles when developing operating processes; construction methods for consulting on operating processes; practiced building processes and usage forms...
