Reporting at the conference, Permanent Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Chi Luc said that 2024 is an important year, focusing on striving to successfully complete the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th National Party Congress (term 2020-2025); a year with many important political events of profound significance to the capital and the country. The City Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have strengthened leadership and direction, improved quality, effectiveness, efficiency, Party building, and built a strong political system; in which, inspection and supervision work has made many positive contributions, Party committees, Party organizations and Inspection Commissions at all levels in the City Party Committee have closely followed the direction of the City Party Committee, the direction and guidance of the Central Inspection Commission, proactively and resolutely implemented all inspection and supervision tasks.
The City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Party committees at all levels in the City Party Committee regularly pay attention to leading, directing and organizing the implementation of inspection and supervision work; always proactively and create favorable conditions for the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission and Inspection Commissions at all levels to effectively implement the tasks prescribed by the Party Charter. Strengthen thematic supervision of areas prone to violations
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Hoang Van Tra acknowledged and assessed that in 2024, the inspection and supervision work of the Hanoi Party Committee achieved many important results, contributing to repelling ideological and political degradation, manifestations of self-evolution and self-transformation within the Party and fighting against corruption, waste and negativity.
To improve the effectiveness of inspection and supervision work, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Hoang Van Tra emphasized that the inspection committees at all levels of the city continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the resolutions, regulations, decisions and conclusions of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee. Coordinate with advisory agencies to assist in the implementation of the arrangement and consolidation of the apparatus of the Inspection Committees at all levels. Along with that, continue to strengthen the rotation of cadres, especially in the inspection sector. Focus on personnel appraisal, thoroughly resolve petitions and denunciations related to personnel before the Party Congress, if any. Along with that, continue to increase the number of thematic supervisions, especially in areas prone to violations.
Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission Hoang Van Tra also believes that with the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the solidarity of cadres and Party members, the Hanoi Party Committee will complete its targets and tasks in 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission Hoang Trong Quyet respectfully thanked and fully accepted the direction and orientation of the Central Party Committee's Inspection Commission for 2025 and the comments of Vice Chairman of the Central Party Committee Hoang Van Tra. At the same time, he requested the Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Commission, its subordinate Party committees and the inspection staff of the City Party Committee to proactively develop plans and organize the effective implementation of inspection and supervision work in 2025; inspection and supervision work must truly contribute to maintaining discipline, building a clean and strong Party, contributing to maintaining stability and promoting the development of the Capital.
