Sunshine Heritage Ha Noi Project

Sunshine Heritage Ha Noi project has been approved to adjust the investment policy according to Decision No. 2558/QD dated April 28, 2023 of Hanoi People's Committee; completed the environmental impact assessment (EIA) according to Decision No. 3928/QD-BTNMT dated December 19, 2023; the basic design was appraised by the Ministry of Construction according to Notice No. 48/HDXD-QLKT dated February 7, 2024 and is currently completing the final legal procedures to be ready for launch in 2024.

Sunshine Grand Capital

Benefiting directly from the infrastructure of the Tay Thang Long arterial road are Sunshine Group's projects in Dan Phuong district (Hanoi), with a scale of nearly 100 hectares. Of which, Sunshine Grand Capital includes nearly 2,500 resort villas and adjacent Shophouses, a multi-layered ecosystem and a unique chain of service utilities with a style combining classic European flavor and the direction of a "Da Lat in the heart of Hanoi".

Having been approved to adjust the project investment policy according to Decision No. 1818/QD-UBND dated March 29, 2023 of Hanoi People's Committee, Construction Permit No. 19/GPXD dated August 11, 2023 of Hanoi Department of Construction, Sunshine Crystal River is implementing construction at an urgent pace.

Sunshine Crystal River has been built up to the 3rd floor and is continuing to speed up the construction progress. Currently, Sunshine has not announced the plan to open the sale of this project.
