The Government Office has just issued Notice No. 52 on the conclusion of the Government Standing Committee at the Government Standing Committee's meeting with enterprises on tasks and solutions for private enterprises to accelerate, make breakthroughs, and contribute to the country's rapid and sustainable development in the new era.

The announcement clearly stated that, regarding concerns, worries, and recommendations of enterprises, the Government Standing Committee will direct a review to build an open and easy-to-implement institution. Build a team of officials who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, end the mechanism of asking for and giving, reduce administrative procedures, and reduce compliance costs for people and enterprises.

On the basis of harmonious benefits, shared risks between the State, enterprises, and people, and no negativity, corruption, or waste, the Government Standing Committee requests ministries and agencies, based on their assigned functions, tasks, and powers in the second quarter of 2025, to study and report to competent authorities on the assignment of tasks and placing orders with enterprises to implement major projects.

Ministries and competent agencies shall promptly review and effectively and promptly handle the recommendations of enterprises and promptly inform enterprises of the handling results. At the same time, the handling results shall be sent to the Prime Minister, and the Government Office and the Ministry of Finance for consultation and handling before March 20, 2025.
