The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council held a regular meeting in March.

On the morning of March 21, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council held a regular meeting for March 2025. Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies; Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Trang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council's committees; Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, based on the content presented by the Provincial People's Committee and the opinions of the meeting members, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council unanimously approved the expected program of the 17th Session of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021 - 2026, which will take place on March 28.

At the 17th Session, the Provincial People's Council will consider and approve 15 resolutions, including: Resolution stipulating the level of health insurance support for students in the province; Resolution stipulating the level of health insurance support and co-payment costs for HIV antiviral drugs for people infected with HIV/AIDS in the province; Resolution temporarily deciding on the staffing of civil servants in administrative agencies and organizations of the province in 2025; Resolution temporarily approving the total number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in health, culture - sports, and other public service units in 2025 in the province; Resolution temporarily approving the total number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in education and training public service units in 2024 - 2025 in the province; Resolution on temporary approval of the total number of labor contracts in group 4 public service units in the field of education and training for the 2024-2025 school year in Khanh Hoa province; Resolution on abolishing Resolution No. 02 dated March 30, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the standard level of social assistance in the province; Resolution on the investment policy of the Provincial General Hospital Project to become the final hospital of the South Central Coast region.

Also at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and delegates attending the meeting reviewed and gave opinions on the handling procedures for 6 tasks of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the committees of the Provincial People's Council.

Concluding the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Khac Toan requested the Provincial People's Committee to promptly complete the draft documents of 15 resolutions and send them to the committees of the Provincial People's Council for review to ensure the order and procedures according to the law; at the same time, assign the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to fully absorb the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting to complete the contents under their authority and submit them to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council for timely signing and promulgation.
