Program No. 05-CTr/TU of Hanoi Party Committee:

According to the Steering Committee of Program No. 05-CTr/TU, after 4 years of implementation, the program has completed 11/13 targets (reaching a rate of 85%, of which 2 basic targets were completed), 2/13 targets are being implemented (rate of 15%).
Regarding tasks, projects, and plans, 58/94 tasks have been completed and basically completed (accounting for about 62%); 18/94 tasks are being implemented (accounting for about 19%) and 18/94 tasks are being implemented regularly or integrated into other tasks (accounting for about 19%).
The Department of Planning and Architecture coordinates with the Department of Home Affairs to arrange communes in accordance with the scope of urban and rural planning, ensuring compliance with the Adjusted Master Plan of Hanoi Capital to 2045, vision to 2065, and the City Urban Development Program to 2035. "This is a new and difficult issue, so we recommend that the Department of Planning and Architecture and the Department of Home Affairs coordinate closely to create a harmonious connection and inherit development," emphasized Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh.
Stock market correction in short term

Why do old apartment buildings increase in price suddenly?

Risk of measles infection in hospitals
The measles epidemic is developing complicatedly, in which some localities have recorded an increasing number of cases. Remember, the measles epidemic in 2014 claimed the lives of more than 100 children and the main cause was identified as cross-infection in hospitals. In Hanoi, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Health Vu Cao Cuong requested that hospitals and clinics strengthen the flow of patients and prevent cross-infection of measles. This is an extremely important issue in preventing the spread of the disease.
Promptly and thoroughly handle the misuse of land
Records in Giang Bien ward (Long Bien district) show that there are currently a number of constructions and restaurants built on public land, agricultural land, and project land. This requires the authorities to promptly handle it thoroughly, ensuring that violations do not "overlap" violations.

Chairman of Long Bien District People's Committee Nguyen Manh Ha also said that currently, the police are investigating, verifying, and clarifying the management and use of land at the above locations, so the government has not yet asked the investor to dismantle the violating construction. "When the police have an official conclusion, the government will completely handle the violation according to regulations," Mr. Ha affirmed.
