WATCH CLIP:
Y Tho Ayun, born in 1987, residing in Krong Buk district, is one of the leaders of the group that vandalized and caused disturbances at the People's Committee offices of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes. To gather people and weapons to carry out the act, Y Tho only lured the people he wanted to understand, as for the majority of the people here, Y Tho did not dare to entice or provoke them.
In the area where the subjects involved in the vandalism were located, many people condemned the actions of these subjects and said: the cases of participating in the shooting were only from one group of people, most of the villagers lived honestly, worked hard and had a stable economic life. They did not participate or were incited to join any opposing organization or group.
"Those who refuse to work always listen to bad people's instigation, only a few people, a few subjects. In the village, I see people working hard, raising chickens, ducks, pigs and buffaloes, all have houses and income" - said the village elder in Cu Pong Commune, Krong Buk District, Dak Lak Province.
"Personally, I feel very upset! I won't follow them, why would I follow them? I'm just busy making a living, why do bad guys lure me to follow them and make it so hard? I have to take care of my wife and children" - said Mr. Hai Nie (Cu Pong commune, Krong Buk district, Dak Lak province).
So far, the arrested subjects have all admitted to their serious crimes. The Ministry of Public Security requests and urges the subjects who are hiding to surrender soon to enjoy leniency under the law.
The Ministry of Public Security also recommends that people be extremely vigilant against distorted and hostile arguments and proactively ensure safety while the authorities continue to hunt down the remaining fugitives.
Up to now, with the drastic crackdown of the authorities, along with patrolling and controlling, the security and order situation in Dak Lak province has returned to normal, and people's lives have gradually stabilized.
