2. Investment objectives:
- Invest in the construction and completion of the technical infrastructure system of industrial clusters, focusing on synchronous investment in technical infrastructure to protect the environment of industrial clusters according to regulations; ensure environmental protection conditions for the type of chemical product manufacturing industry.
- Building and developing multi-industry industrial clusters associated with salt mining and chemical product manufacturing; attracting investment projects applying modern, environmentally friendly technology, effectively using natural resources, meeting green growth and circular economy goals, ensuring balance between economic development and environmental protection. At the same time, creating jobs for workers and increasing local state budget revenue, creating momentum to promote the development of the Southern key economic zone and local socio-economic development.
3. Project scale:
- Land area of industrial park: 26 hectares.
- Investment scale: Investing in the synchronous construction of internal traffic works, sidewalks, trees, water supply, drainage, wastewater and solid waste treatment, electricity supply, public lighting, internal communications, operator house, security and other works serving the operation of the industrial park.
4. Total investment capital of the project is expected: 260,799 billion VND.
5. Project implementation time and progress: No more than 30 months from the date the investor is recognized as the investor in constructing technical infrastructure of the industrial park.
6. Location and deadline for submitting application:
- Registration documents are submitted to the People's Committee of Thuan Nam district. Address: Administrative Center of Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province.
