Overall, for these 6 platforms, the best times to post during the week are: Monday from 11am to noon, Tuesday from 10am to 2pm and 3pm to 4pm, Wednesday from 9am to 3pm, Thursday from 9am to 2pm and Friday from 10am to 11am.

According to Sprout Social, Tuesday through Thursday are the best days to post on social media, while Sunday is the worst.

Facebook

The best times to post on Facebook are Monday from 9am to noon, Tuesday from 9am to 2pm and 5pm, Wednesday from 9am to 3pm and 5pm, Thursday from 8am to 2pm and 5pm, Friday from 9am to 11am.

The best days to post on Facebook are Monday through Thursday. On the other hand, the worst day to post on this social network is Sunday.

Instagram

For optimal engagement on Instagram, you should post on Mondays from 11am to 2pm, Tuesdays from 10am to 4pm, Wednesdays from 9am to 4pm, Thursdays from 9am to 1pm and 2pm, and Fridays at 11am.
