Hue City has just passed a Resolution regulating support policies for artists and clubs in the field of intangible cultural heritage. I think this is a source of encouragement and attention for those who are researching, practicing and teaching Hue's folk cultural and artistic heritage. At the same time, it encourages veteran artisans and artists to continue contributing their talents and intelligence to the cause of protecting and promoting the cultural and artistic values ​​of Hue in particular and the whole country in general.

The Resolution will open up many opportunities, attract more attention from artists in the journey of preserving and promoting Hue's cultural values ​​in general and contributing to Hue's literary and artistic career in particular. Because to produce works, research and practice traditional cultural heritage values ​​is not a simple matter. Hopefully, after the Resolution is implemented, more artists will receive support and in the future there will be adjustments and additions to policies to increase the level of support, helping artists feel more secure on the path of cultural and artistic activities.

With this new Resolution, I believe it is a positive step in preserving and promoting traditional arts and encouraging creativity in the field of literature and arts. The Resolution is not only an encouragement but also opens up new opportunities and directions in artistic creation, heritage preservation and development of Hue culture. Hue is one of the few localities with policies to support artists, especially those working in the field of intangible cultural heritage, demonstrating the government's concern for artists and traditional arts. Therefore, this support helps preserve traditional artistic values, avoiding the risk of fading away in modern society. This policy also motivates young artists and freelance artists. In addition to artists who have been awarded titles, the Resolution also supports artists who have achieved achievements in competitions and art festivals. This creates conditions for young artists and freelance artists to have opportunities to develop, instead of focusing only on those who have already had titles.

Along with that, the support of 15 million VND/time for the Intangible Cultural Heritage Conservation Clubs helps art groups to have the conditions to buy musical instruments, costumes, props, and organize performances. This creates conditions for traditional artists to continue to contribute, pass on their skills to the younger generation, helping traditional art not to be lost.

The resolution not only helps preserve traditional arts but also motivates Hue arts to develop in a sustainable way, becoming an important part of the creative economy. These are highlights for the future such as heritage being preserved and promoted in a modern way; artists having more conditions to create and develop their careers. The resolution also contributes to the development of the cultural industry and creative tourism, a launching pad to turn Hue into a vibrant arts center. With support from the government, Hue can organize many art festivals and regular performances to attract tourists. When art is invested, many related fields such as stage design, costumes, props, and art communication also develop. The resolution was issued, not only for me personally but also for many artists and writers. Because it is the government's concern for artists, helping everyone have more motivation in their activities, contributing to local art in particular and the whole country in general.

I believe that this Resolution is a "push" and a premise for artists to be more active in the creative process, creating works of high ideological and artistic value in the new era.

In particular, for a land with a rich cultural and artistic tradition like Hue, the birth of this Resolution has more or less impacted the preservation and maintenance of those values. Thereby, promoting the search and discovery to create works that not only preserve traditional values ​​but also blend in with the flow of the times.
