Inspecting the appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions and the organization of the administrative apparatus in Quang Tri province

This morning, June 10, in Dong Ha City, the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province coordinated with the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Home Affairs to organize a conference to announce the decision to conduct an inspection in Quang Tri Province according to the inspection plan of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2024. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung; Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs Nguyen Manh Khuong chaired the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs Nguyen Manh Khuong stated that this is an inspection according to the 2024 plan approved by the Minister of Home Affairs. Accordingly, the ministry's inspection team will conduct an inspection of the implementation of legal regulations on appointing civil servants to leadership and management positions; and the organization of the administrative apparatus in Quang Tri province. The inspection period is 45 working days from the date of announcement of the inspection decision. Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs Nguyen Xuan Dat is the head of the inspection team.

In order for the inspection work to proceed as planned, the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs requested the inspection team to strictly comply with discipline, order, seriousness, responsibility, objectivity, and compliance with the law, and to coordinate well with relevant agencies and units during the working process. At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee and relevant units of Quang Tri province were requested to closely follow the content and requirements of the Ministry of Home Affairs inspection team to fully prepare documents and materials for coordination.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung assigned the Department of Home Affairs to take the lead, urge agencies and units to implement the required contents and closely coordinate with the inspection team during the working process.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that this is also an opportunity for leaders of departments, branches and localities to continue updating legal regulations on appointing civil servants to leadership and management positions; organizing the administrative apparatus as well as grasping the remaining shortcomings and limitations to overcome in the coming time.

At the conference, authorized by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Ngo Quang Chien briefly reported on the implementation of legal provisions related to inspection contents, from January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2024 of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee.
