Transferring the Party Committees of Thai Nguyen University and Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Corporation to operate at the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; transferring the Party Committees of Thai Nguyen Central Hospital and Thai Nguyen Non-ferrous Metal Company to operate at the Thai Nguyen City Party Committee.

On the morning of February 3, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province also announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet , Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, to the position of Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Thai Nguyen province.
