Specifically, after increasing the price, traders in Thai Nguyen are purchasing live pigs at 66,000 VND/kg, equal to that in Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, and Hanoi, which is recorded as the highest price in the region.
On the other hand, traders in Lao Cai and Ninh Binh are buying live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, the lowest price in the region.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 65,000 VND/kg.
Latest live pig prices in the Central Highlands region
In this area, the price of live pigs today increased by 1,000 VND/kg in Binh Dinh and fluctuated between 62,000 - 65,000 VND/kg.

The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 63,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today increased sporadically in a few places and fluctuated between 62,000 - 65,000 VND/kg.
