In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has been gradually changing many fields, especially the film industry. One of the pioneering projects applying technology to film production is "White Shirt After White Night", the world's first work honoring the medical industry created with AI on mobile phones.

The project is produced and operated by director Pham Vinh Khuong (Pauldolly), known as the "Tycoon of making movies with phones".

"White Coat After a White Night" was created to honor the silent contributions of the medical team, who are dedicating themselves day and night to the cause of caring for and protecting public health. The film recreates touching stories about the medical profession, depicting the spirit of solidarity, compassion and noble sacrifice of those who wear the white coat.

The film is scheduled to be released on February 27, 2026, on the occasion of Vietnamese Doctors' Day. In particular, to spread the meaningful message, director Pham Vinh Khuong decided not to copyright the images and sounds, allowing doctors and audiences to use them for free for propaganda purposes, contributing to helping the film reach a wider audience.

Director Pham Vinh Khuong is passionate about his products produced with AI.

The special feature of "White Shirt After White Night" is the application of AI technology throughout the production process. This is the first time in the history of cinema that a film honoring the medical industry has been made entirely with AI. All stages from visual effects, scene reconstruction, 3D effects to post-production are supported by AI, bringing a new, creative and technological cinematic experience.

Not only does it use AI, the film is also shot entirely on mobile phones, a filmmaking method that is becoming a trend in the digital age. Taking advantage of phones not only helps optimize production costs but also demonstrates the flexibility and creativity of the film crew.

With an estimated investment of about 7 billion VND, "White Shirt After White Night" is not only a normal film project, but also a scientific and educational work. The film was built based on the advice of medical experts, doctors and researchers in the medical field. These experts will participate throughout the production process, from the script, images to every professional detail, to ensure the content most accurately reflects the work and life of medical professionals.

In addition, to optimize the operation of AI, director Pham Vinh Khuong's information technology team has developed specialized software that helps AI process data more accurately and efficiently. This not only helps the film achieve superior image quality and content, but also contributes to affirming the development of AI technology in the film industry.

Sharing about the project, director Pham Vinh Khuong said: "I hope that through this film, the audience will feel the silent sacrifices of the medical team. Every profession has an important role in society and 'when drinking water, remember the source, when eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree' is something we need to remember. The film is a tribute to and honor to those who have contributed to the country's medical career."

With its unique presentation and the combination of cinematic art and AI technology, "White Shirt After White Night" promises to bring the audience a meaningful work, helping to raise public awareness of the value of the medical industry. At the same time, this will also be an important milestone in the application of AI in cinema, opening up a new direction for the creative industry in the digital age.

The project "White Shirt After White Night" is expected to create a big buzz domestically and internationally, becoming a notable event for the film industry, demonstrating the limitless potential of artificial intelligence in artistic creation.
