Mr. Nguyen Bac Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, acknowledged that in the current context, without strong application of technology and AI, work will be overloaded.

Mr. Nguyen Bac Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, said that in the near future, the organization of a two-level government will be abolished, and the work pressure on ward, commune and town officials and civil servants will be even greater. Therefore, this training course is very timely and practical.

According to Mr. Nam, the application of science and technology will solve work faster, more effectively, and less time-consuming. In the current context, if information technology is not strongly and fully applied, artificial intelligence will certainly be overloaded.
