The Party, the State, generations of cadres, party members and people of Vietnam always remember the great and valuable support and assistance that the Party, Government and people of China gave to Vietnam during the Dien Bien Phu Campaign as well as throughout the past struggle for national independence and the cause of building a socialist country today.

At the same time, the two sides need to continue to coordinate in developing and specifying the content of training National Assembly deputies; promote exchanges between local People's Councils and local National People's Congresses of the two countries.
