Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police Department spoke at the seminar.

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen emphasized that this is a large-scale restructuring, affecting all three levels of the Hanoi City Police, especially directly affecting 30 district-level police units. The City Police Department's Board of Directors acknowledged the contributions of officers and soldiers in the youth union, women's union, and trade union organizations of district, county, and town police units.

With a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and creative thinking, mass organizations have made important contributions to the implementation of political tasks, while taking care of the spiritual life and orienting the ideology of cadres and soldiers.

In the context of changing the organizational model, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen requested that each cadre, union member, and association member continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, maintain enthusiasm, and excellently complete their tasks.

Mass organizations need to focus on ideological orientation, education, and motivation for union members to adapt to the new model, while improving professional capacity, promoting initiatives, and applying information technology in their work.

In particular, promoting mass mobilization work, applying digital transformation and innovating propaganda methods and mobilizing the masses in the movement "All people protect national security" is very important.
