Inspecting the Thanh Hoa 500kV Transformer Station (TSS) project in Thieu Phuc commune, Thieu Hoa district, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh especially emphasized that this is a 500kV transmission line project of utmost importance in supplying electricity to regions of the country, so units must be highly determined, make great efforts, act decisively, "clearly identify people, clearly identify work, clearly identify time, clearly identify products"; investors must allocate sufficient and timely capital sources; once work begins, site clearance must be completed first, so if the local political system does not get involved, it is unknown when it will be completed.
After having the site, we must urgently and simultaneously carry out the construction of foundations and piles; we must concentrate forces on the project, mobilizing local forces to participate in the construction.

Later, large projects must also be implemented in this direction, and we must learn from this project.
The Prime Minister highly appreciated the progress of the construction of Thanh Hoa 500kV substation, saying that this is a vivid demonstration of "turning nothing into something, turning the impossible into possible, turning difficult into easy".
The Prime Minister said that with imported components and equipment, investors also need to go to the production site and the port of export to urge progress. The Prime Minister also said that it is necessary to bring in more Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union members to support the project.
The Prime Minister stated that through this project, people will understand and be better impressed with the image of cadres and workers in the Electricity and Construction sectors working day and night on the project.

The Prime Minister said that the good lessons learned from this project are the mobilization of total strength, including the mobilization of local support. It is also the work of site clearance that has been supported by the people. That is thanks to our good work of mass mobilization and mobilizing the masses. To do so, the entire political system must actively participate.
The Prime Minister reiterated the heroic tradition of our ancestors “barefoot and steely will” in the struggle for national independence, so we need to promote this fine tradition to apply to quick construction, soon completing the project with the best quality.
