In the first days of its launch, many Galaxy S25 users have discovered a number of bugs that need to be fixed on this Samsung product line. In particular, a serious camera-related bug has been reported by many users on Reddit and Samsung's community forum.
Specifically, when taking night photos, some users have encountered strange color bands appearing in the photo. These bands are not uniform and can run vertically or horizontally, depending on how the phone is held. While color bands in sky photos are not uncommon, the bands that appear in this case are much more severe than what is usually seen.

Additionally, some photos show that the bug can occur not only in low-light conditions but also indoors. One photo in particular shows a clear grid pattern at the top of the photo, resembling pixels on a display or camera sensor. It's worth noting that the issue isn't limited to a specific model, with Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra owners all reporting the issue.
In its response, Samsung said that it had found some instances of blurry images when shooting in Night Mode on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The company said it would release a fix in a software update scheduled for release this week.
