The 2024 "Women's Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation Journey" Festival organized by the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union attracted the participation of 600 invited delegates, officials, members, women from units and a large number of people.
On May 9 and 10, 2024, Dak Lak Women's Union organized the "Women's Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation Journey" Festival in 2024 with the theme: "Dak Lak Women Start-Up, Innovation and Green, Sustainable Transformation".

With the spirit of accompanying and supporting cadres, members, and women to start sustainable businesses, in recent times, the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union has had many programs and activities to support start-ups for female members. Typically, such as: Effectively implementing the Project "Supporting women to start a business", the Project "Supporting cooperatives managed by women, creating jobs for female workers until 2030"; supporting women in economic development, coordinating vocational training, introducing jobs for women; mobilizing resources from organizations and enterprises to support female members in borrowing capital with preferential interest rates to start a business; organizing training courses to guide skills in building and perfecting business plans, introducing and promoting start-up projects; organizing the Workshop "Customer attraction strategy" to discuss trade promotion activities for female members, etc.

Continuing to support female cadres and members to borrow capital to start businesses, start businesses, invest in production, develop family economy to escape poverty sustainably, build happy families, and contribute to building new rural areas in the locality, the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union has allocated capital from the WSPS Revolving Credit Fund (sponsored by Denmark) to nearly 500 female members from 15/15 districts, towns, and cities. The total support capital is more than 5 billion VND.
