(PLVN) - For the first time, Da Nang City is organizing a large-scale Christmas - New Year Festival, lasting up to 20 days, promising to bring a bustling atmosphere to this beautiful coastal city.
On November 19, the Danang Department of Tourism announced information about the Christmas - New Year Festival 2025 (Danang X'mas - New Year Festival 2025), promising to bring a bustling atmosphere to the coastal city during the year-end festival.
This is the first time the Christmas - New Year Festival in Da Nang 2025 is held, lasting for 20 days, from December 14 to January 2, 2025.

Accordingly, the festival will be held at 3 main locations including: the Northern landscape floor, the East bank of Dragon Bridge and the East bank of Dragon Bridge Park (Land on Tran Hung Dao - Ly Nam De Street); the Northern landscape floor, the West bank of Dragon Bridge (Opposite VTV8); the Southern landscape floor, the West bank of Dragon Bridge (Opposite Cham Sculpture Museum) with a series of unique and novel cultural, tourism, entertainment and recreation activities, aiming to increase the experience and create a special impression for people and visitors in the moment of welcoming the new year 2025.
The event has many unique and novel fun and entertainment activities on the theme of Christmas - New Year such as: Christmas check-in space - Welcome New Year 2025 (17:00 - 22:30 from December 14, 2024 - January 2, 2025); Lighting the Christmas tree (19:30 on December 14, 2024) at the Northern landscape floor, West bank of Dragon Bridge....
Notably, the opening of the Christmas Festival - New Year's Eve Da Nang 2025 (17:00 - 22:00 on December 20, 2024) at the Northern landscape floor, the East bank of Dragon Bridge and the East bank of Dragon Bridge Park (land on Tran Hung Dao - Ly Nam De street). This activity with a special art program, blends the brilliant colors of the Christmas space and the vibrant atmosphere of the activities at the Festival combined with vivid visual, sound and light effects.

To give tourists and residents more experiences when coming to Da Nang, the city will organize the Christmas - New Year 2025 festival for the first time with many attractive programs lasting for 20 days.
“We have prepared about 100 Santa Clauses and will increase the number when businesses join the parade. This promises to be a highlight for locals and tourists to enjoy,” Ms. An shared.
