On the morning of September 16, Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company coordinated with Tho Xuan District People's Committee to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of Tho Minh Industrial Cluster project.

Tho Minh Industrial Park Project was established and approved by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman for the Technical Infrastructure Construction Investment Project in Decision No. 1832/QD-UBND dated June 2, 2017 and assigned to Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor. The project covers an area of 15.046 hectares, of which the industrial land area (factories, enterprises) is 11.007 hectares, public administrative land is 0.21 hectares, green space land is 1.65 hectares, technical infrastructure land is 0.5 hectares, traffic land, parking lot is 1.66 hectares. The total investment capital is about 180 billion VND. The project has completed investment procedures, environmental impact assessment, fire prevention and fighting design approval certification, land allocation, land lease, construction permit issuance; the investor has announced the commencement of construction.
After completing the infrastructure, Tho Minh Industrial Park will attract investment in many sectors including: agricultural and forestry processing, food, garment, leather and footwear, mechanics, industries, small and medium-sized handicrafts...

Reporting on the project implementation, Mr. Hua Duy Sach, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, said that with the attention of the province, the support of the sectors, especially the resolute and responsible support of Tho Xuan district, Thuan Minh commune People's Committee, the support of the Party Committee, authorities, and people of village 1, village 3 Yen Luoc, Thuan Minh commune..., the company has actively organized and completed the investment procedures. Up to this point, the conditions have been met to officially start the project to invest in building the infrastructure of the industrial park in Thuan Minh commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province. The investor is also the direct contractor of the project. The investor has signed a contract for consulting services to promote investment attraction in Tho Minh industrial park with a Japanese partner - Smartcreative Asia Company.
As the investor, Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company commits to the Provincial People's Committee and Tho Xuan District to concentrate all resources, with the highest sense of responsibility, coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement the Tho Minh Industrial Park infrastructure construction investment project to ensure quality and progress with the goal of completing the entire project to put it into operation as soon as possible.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Tho Xuan District People's Committee Hoang Van Dong highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee and the government of Thuan Minh commune in propagating and mobilizing people to hand over land and clear the site. In particular, 253 affected households in Yen Luoc hamlet 1, hamlet 2, hamlet 3 agreed, because of the development of the locality, supported the policy and promptly handed over the site for the project.
The Chairman of Tho Xuan District People's Committee highly appreciated Thanh Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company for its determination, efforts, enthusiasm, and responsibility in coordinating with the district and commune in site clearance work. The Chairman of Tho Xuan District People's Committee requested the company to focus human resources on investing in completing the infrastructure in the first quarter of 2025, 3 months ahead of schedule according to the province's decision, in order to soon call for secondary investors.
