From April 27 to May 1, the first international Jazz program, gathering many famous domestic and international Jazz singers and bands, will take place in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.

On April 19, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that the province is coordinating with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to prepare for the 1st International Jazz Program - Nha Trang 2024. This is the first international Jazz program to be held in Vietnam.
The program is a series of musical activities gathering many famous domestic and international Jazz singers and bands, aiming to introduce to audiences and tourists the richness, diversity and appeal of Jazz music around the world and the flow of Jazz in Vietnam.
The program brings together more than 100 Vietnamese artists and bands and international artists and bands from the US, Singapore and Korea. The artists will perform many genres of Jazz, from Classic, Bossa Nova to Jazz Funk, World Music.
The program lasts for 5 nights from April 27 to May 1 with attractive Jazz music themes at two locations in Nha Trang city: 2/4 Square and Thanh Nien Football Stadium. On the evening of April 27, the opening night will take place at 2/4 Square with the theme The spotlight off Jazz .
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that through the first international Jazz program, the province wishes to introduce to the people and tourists the image of a safe destination, a dynamic, hospitable land, actively developing and integrating with its own cultural identity values.
The program hopes to bring international visitors new experiences about Nha Trang city - Khanh Hoa, where cultural, sports and tourism activities and events regularly take place for visitors to learn, experience and enjoy.
In addition, Khanh Hoa province plans to make the above program an annual event in Nha Trang city, so that this coastal city becomes a destination for tourism and music.
In addition to the above Jazz program, this summer, Khanh Hoa province will also organize many large-scale cultural, artistic and tourism activities, such as the Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024, scheduled to take place from June 13-16 at 2/4 Square with more than 200 tourism and culinary booths of Khanh Hoa and other coastal localities, along with many attractive activities.
Next, the Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival 2024 with the theme "Glorious Galaxy", is expected to be held every Saturday for 4 weeks, from June 29 to July 20 with 4 drone light performance teams including: China, India, Korea and host Vietnam.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism said: This year, the province aims to welcome 9 million visitors to stay, visit and relax, including 3 million international visitors; total revenue reaches more than 40,000 billion VND.
Along with the activities celebrating the 100th anniversary of the construction and development of Nha Trang city that have just been held, the above events aim to create unique tourism products of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa to attract and satisfy tourists; at the same time, gradually affirm the Khanh Hoa tourism brand of international standards.
