On the morning of November 14, the delegation of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee of Ho Chi Minh City visited the Southern Working Committee to congratulate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front and the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18).
Receiving and talking with the delegation, Ms. Pham Thanh Tuyen - Deputy Head of the Southern Working Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee expressed her excitement when the delegation came to share and encourage her.
According to Ms. Tuyen, the country has just gone through many difficulties, especially after the end of storm No. 3, floods have come, making the lives of people in the Northern and Central provinces even more chaotic and difficult. However, with the consensus and support of the whole country, including Catholics, together with the Party, the State, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, etc., we have gradually overcome the difficulties.
Christmas and Tet are coming, Ms. Pham Thanh Tuyen hopes that Catholics will continue to unite with the whole country, together celebrate Christmas and have a peaceful spring, contributing to the continued development of Ho Chi Minh City and the whole country.
Sharing the difficulties that the people of the Northern and Central provinces have just experienced due to storms and floods, Father Dominic Dinh Ngoc Le - Chairman of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee in Ho Chi Minh City affirmed the important role of the Fatherland Front in helping people overcome the consequences caused by natural disasters. At the same time, he wished to continue to carry out the mission of national solidarity with the Front, participating with the Front in building the country.
Priest Dinh Ngoc Le wished the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and those working in the Front good health, continued contributions to help the people, and brought the country to step by step prosperity.
