According to Mr. Vang Seo Con - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Giang province, in 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province will continue to accompany local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", focusing on key points, bringing practical results, thereby strongly arousing the spirit of emulation and creative labor of the people in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

In residential areas, the Front Working Committees strongly promote their role as the extended arms of the Front, actively implementing propaganda activities, mobilizing people to respond to the campaign to build new rural areas, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the community. For example, in Ngoc Linh commune (Vi Xuyen district), Mr. Nguyen Xuan Xuyen - Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Front Working Committee of Team 5 village always upholds the pioneering and exemplary role in building great solidarity, arousing the spirit of self-reliance, self-reliance, mobilizing people's strength in implementing local socio-economic development tasks, most clearly demonstrated in the movement to build new rural areas.

With the spirit of "using the people's strength to care for the people", Mr. Xuyen and the Village Front Committee actively propagated and mobilized the people, creating a new atmosphere in the emulation movement to join hands to build the new rural area in the locality. In 2024 alone, Mr. Xuyen mobilized the people to contribute over 1.4 billion VND with 157 working days to build 3,250m of concrete road, creating favorable conditions for people to travel.

Or in Hoang Su Phi district, with flexibility and creativity in implementing patriotic emulation movements and campaigns suitable to the practical conditions of the locality, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Su Phi district has attracted the participation of a large number of people from all walks of life, thereby creating a vibrant atmosphere of emulation in labor, production, and new rural construction in each residential area. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Su Phi district and socio-political organizations have concretized into movements attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, union members, association members and people such as "Holiday towards new rural areas and housing", "Union members and youth join hands to build new rural areas", "Clean houses - beautiful gardens" ... Thereby bringing the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in the locality increasingly into depth, practicality and effectiveness.

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Giang province, Vang Seo Con, said that over the past year, the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has been implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels of Ha Giang province in many forms. In addition to propaganda activities for cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and people to join forces to build new rural areas, build concrete roads, open new inter-village roads and branch roads, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels in the province also mobilized people to carry out the movement of planting trees, renovating mixed gardens, helping poor households build houses, dredging canals, and the district level has guided and deployed for communes to register to build nearly 150 models of economic, cultural and social development, ensuring political security, social order and safety. The achievements in building new rural areas from mobilizing people's strength and creating consensus will continue to be focused on and promoted by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels of Ha Giang province in the coming time.
