Lam Dong Provincial Military Command is the unit that won first prize in the 2024 Military Region-level Civil Affairs Competition and was sent by Military Region 7 to represent the entire army in the 2025 Southern Region Civil Affairs Competition held in Da Nang City from April 1 to 4.

The Military Region 7 Command assigned the Military Region 7 Art Troupe to coordinate with the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command to participate in the Competition. The team consists of 15 members. The training will be conducted at the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command in phase 1 from February 21 to March 23 and phase 2 at the Military Region Art Troupe from March 24 to March 30, 2025.
The team of Lam Dong Provincial Military Command will participate in the contest with the theme: Armed forces of Military Region 7 strengthen friendly ties, support and help ethnic and religious compatriots with the following contest sections: Multiple choice questions; handling situations; introducing the unit and area; introducing typical, practical and effective models of mass mobilization work.

For the part introducing the unit and the area, the team created a script with the theme of the Eastern Army and People being complete and affectionate. For the part introducing a typical, practical and effective model of mass mobilization work, the team created a musical: Returning to the village.
The above contents are of high quality in terms of art and propaganda knowledge and have been approved by the Political Department's Board of Directors; reported to the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Military-wide Skillful Mass Mobilization Competition.
The cost of participating in the contest is supported by the Political Department from the civil service budget in 2024 and 2025 and the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command ensures it from the local budget in 2025.

The teams and programs participating in the contest received investment in both human and material resources from the Political Department, Lam Dong Provincial Military Command, and the Military Region's Art Troupe; the training program was organized seriously and with high quality; the team members had high capacity, spirit, and responsibility, and had a firm grasp of knowledge and skills in mass mobilization work.
After checking the preparation and practice, Major General Tran Vinh Ngoc and the heads of the departments and offices of the Military Region gave many comments to help the team complete the competition. The Political Commissar of Military Region 7 also highly appreciated the efforts of the team in particular and the Political Department, Lam Dong Provincial Military Command, and the Military Region's Art Troupe. At the same time, he assigned specific tasks to the team and related units to ensure good implementation of the competition contents, affirming that the leaders of the Military Region and localities and units under the Military Region will have support for the team to participate in the competition in the best way.
The Military Region's Political Commissar also assigned the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command and units to promptly commend and reward individuals who excellently completed their tasks participating in the Contest.
