Meeting of heads of delegations participating in the 13th People's Public Security Mass Art Performance

(LĐ online) - On March 21, at Lam Dong Provincial Police, representatives of 17 mass art troupes from units under the Ministry of Public Security, 4 People's Police schools and 11 provinces and cities in the region attended a meeting of delegation leaders to unify the plan, organization and preparation for the upcoming Festival taking place from March 22 to 26 at Da Lat Opera House.

The 13th People's Public Security Mass Art Performance with the theme: 80 years - Glory of the People's Public Security, is a key cultural and political activity opening a series of events to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Tradition Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

As the host unit, Lam Dong Provincial Police has shown careful preparation, creating the most favorable conditions for the teams to prepare for the competition.

Speaking at the meeting, Major General, People's Artist Nguyen Cong Bay - Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work, Ministry of Public Security said that the Regional I Festival recently held in Hai Phong City achieved its set goals, creating a deep impression in the hearts of officers and soldiers as well as attracting a large audience of people from the city of red phoenix flowers, contributing to spreading the beautiful image of the People's Public Security soldiers.

As Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Festival, Major General Nguyen Cong Bay hopes that the 17 art troupes participating in the Festival of Region II will make every effort to bring the audience of the city of thousands of flowers many unique performances.

After the Festival, the Organizing Committee will select the best performances to perform to all the people in Hoa Binh Area, Da Lat on the evening of March 23.

We have closely coordinated with agencies and units to complete all preparations, from stage, logistics to reception, with the hope that the Festival will be of quality and meaning.

At the meeting, delegates exchanged and discussed the content of the performance schedule, competition rules, logistics and security. With more than 900 non-professional actors who are police officers and soldiers participating, the Festival promises to bring unique performances, imbued with regional culture, praising the Party, Uncle Ho and the silent achievements of the People's Police force.

Representatives of the art troupes also expressed their excitement and determination to bring impressive performances, contributing to highlighting the identity of each unit.

On the same day, representatives of the People's Public Security mass art troupes also came to offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh in the grounds of the Lam Dong Provincial Public Security Traditional House.
