The 2023 Water Industry Science, Technology and Innovation Week will take place from May 22 to 25 with a variety of content. In addition to the product exhibition, the week will also feature a workshop on the application of ChatGPT in customer service.

On May 22, Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO) organized the 2023 Water Industry Science, Technology and Innovation Week . This event is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 18th anniversary of SAWACO's founding (May 24, 2005 - May 24, 2023).

The key contents of the Science, Technology and Innovation Week include: Science, Technology and Innovation Exhibition introducing typical products, works, initiatives, technical improvements that have been effectively applied along with solutions and research topics in the field of water supply in the period of 2021 - 2023; a workshop on the application of ChatGPT in customer service; a workshop on the application of information technology and digital transformation in the water supply industry; a workshop on reporting effective solutions and initiatives in water supply system management; and the SAWACO Talk program introducing the highlights of the solutions participating in the exhibition.

On this occasion, SAWACO introduces typical products, projects, initiatives and technical improvements that have been effectively applied at units within SAWACO in the period 2019 - 2022.

In addition, the exhibition is organized in both live and online formats on SAWACO's media pages. The solution groups participating in the exhibition at the week focus on applying information technology in water services; managing water supply systems; improving production quality and efficiency; improving processes and procedures, participating in administrative reforms; technological improvements in reducing water loss; and modern water treatment technologies.

In particular, at this year's Water Supply Science, Technology and Innovation Week, there will also be an exhibition of solutions, initiatives and creative ideas that have been successfully applied in recent times at local units such as: Ba Ria - Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company, Long An Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company, Can Tho Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company, Thuy Loi University (Southern branch), University of Natural Sciences, Ho Chi Minh City National University.

In addition, the SAWACO Talk program broadcasts live to introduce outstanding events, solutions, and initiatives participating in the exhibition during the science week as well as introduce the history of formation and development of the city's water industry.
