Hanoi promotes the implementation of the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication

The Hanoi People's Committee requests Directors, Heads of departments, branches, and sectors, and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to continue to maintain high determination in leading and directing the implementation of tasks in Directive 07 and Plan No. 400 dated December 31, 2024 of the City People's Committee on the Project "Developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030" in the City in 2025 at their agencies and units; strengthen inspection, supervision, and urging the implementation of tasks by sector and field.

In particular, units need to review and thoroughly resolve tasks that are behind schedule and complete digitalization to put into use in the second quarter of 2025.

City departments and branches need to base on their functions and tasks to immediately deploy tasks according to the plan, directive documents of the City People's Committee and assigned tasks.

The City People's Committee assigned the Public Security, the standing body of Project 06, to advise and assist the City People's Committee in monitoring, urging and inspecting the implementation results of Directive 07 and related directives of the City People's Committee. This agency will also review and update tasks, supplement and amend tasks in Plan No. 400, ensuring "associating responsibility of each leader and each unit directly implementing", to be completed before March 31, 2025.
