According to initial information, on the afternoon of March 20, many primary and secondary school students showed signs of fatigue, dizziness... and were taken by teachers to Medic General Hospital and Hoan My Binh Duong Hospital for emergency care and treatment.

After initial examination and treatment, by the morning of March 21, the above cases were discharged from the hospital in stable health condition, with recommendations to monitor their health at home.
Also according to the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, after receiving information about the incident, the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene of Binh Duong Province presided over and coordinated with the Medical Center of Thu Dau Mot City to inspect the food served to students at the school. The results showed that the incidents related to students' health were not related to food poisoning, the cause could be due to hot weather, students moving a lot leading to dehydration and lethargy.
