On the morning of August 10, at the Provincial Labor Federation Gymnasium, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony of the 2023 Kon Tum Province Age Group Table Tennis Championship.

Participating in this tournament are 130 athletes from 10 delegations from clubs, units and localities in the province. The athletes compete in 4 categories: Men's singles, men's doubles, women's singles, mixed doubles with a total of 217 matches, in 6 age groups from 12-14 years old; 15-17 years old; 18-30 years old; 31-40 years old; 41-50 years old and 51 years old and above.

This is an annual provincial tournament to develop the movement of table tennis training and competition; at the same time, responding to the Campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", towards the 78th Anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023).
According to the plan, the Kon Tum Province Age Group Table Tennis Championship 2023 will take place over 4 days (from August 10 to August 13, 2023).
