Thereby, forming in students dreams, aspirations, innovative thinking and the spirit of a scientist from high school.
The Deputy Minister of Education and Training also highly appreciated the efforts of local Departments of Education and Training in organizing the grassroots science and technology research competition, thereby selecting projects to participate at the national level.
"Organizing competitions at the grassroots level is extremely important. The issue is not whether students win high or low prizes, but more importantly, it is to create a movement for innovation, scientific research, research on science and technology, and innovation," said Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong.
