This is also the time for agencies in the political system, including the press and television, to promote the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus, building, perfecting, and improving performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations, meeting the requirements and tasks of the country in the new era - the era of striving for strong, prosperous development of the nation.

“Change will bring difficulties and challenges along with thoughts and aspirations, but only when we dare to break out of old limits and boldly reach out of our comfort zone, can we break through to reach greater successes,” said the Director of Vietnam Television.

This is the first time the National Television Festival has been held in Binh Dinh, a land rich in cultural, historical and revolutionary traditions, the homeland of the Tay Son movement associated with the name of the national hero Quang Trung-Nguyen Hue. The festival takes place at a very meaningful time, when Binh Dinh province celebrates the 50th anniversary of the province's Liberation Day (March 31, 1975 - March 31, 2025), carrying with it the aspiration to reach far in the journey of strong innovation.

With 734 entries from 100 units, the National Television Festival will continue to affirm its own appeal. The highlight of the Festival is the judging and awarding of prizes for 11 categories including: Children's Programs, Documentaries, Reports, Short Reports, Science and Education Programs, Dialogue-Talk Shows, Ethnic Minority Language Television Programs, Music and Dance Programs, Stage, Television Feature Films and Videos on digital platforms.

In addition to the award categories, the festival also organizes professional seminars to improve professional quality and adapt to digital transformation in the television sector. The seminar “Skills of television journalists in the digital environment” organized by VTV Digital is an opportunity for journalists to explore and develop skills in the context of digital technology playing an increasingly dominant role.
