Starting in March 2025, the Property Auction Service Center under the Hung Yen Department of Justice will auction 92 land plots in Cam Ninh commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen.

The plots of land range in size from 90 to 172 square meters. The starting prices are both 19 million VND/square meter and 22.8 million VND/square meter. The deposit is approximately 340 to 700 million VND/plot.

The deadline for submission of applications is March 5. The auction will be held at the Cam La village cultural house on March 9.

Next, OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company will auction 71 land lots in residential area No. 6, Tong Phan commune, Phu Cu district.

Plots of land range in size from 90 - 239 m2. Starting price from 11 - 13.2 million VND/m2. Deposit from 198 - 632 million VND/plot.

The deadline for submission of applications is March 19. The auction will take place on March 22 at the Phu Cu district cultural house.

Next, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company will auction the right to use 107 land lots in residential area No. 10, Dinh Cao commune, Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province.

The plots of land range in area from 93 - 184 m2. Starting price from 10 - 13.2 million VND/m2. The corresponding deposit is from 200 - 485 million VND/plot.

The deadline for registration is March 19. The auction will begin on March 23 at the Phu Cu district cultural house.

Talking to reporters of the Investment Electronic Newspaper - Baodautu.vn , Mr. Nguyen Quoc Anh, Deputy General Director of Batdongsan said that investors are showing more interest in the provinces surrounding Hanoi, including Hung Yen province. Currently, the number of searches for information and land prices in this area have both increased compared to the same period last year.
