More than 7,800 billion VND poured into Khanh Hoa real estate market

Specifically, Khanh Hoa province recorded by quarter: Quarter I/2023 with 3,878 transactions with a total value of about 1,613 billion VND; Quarter II/2023 with 6,216 transactions with a total value of about 2,897 billion VND and in Quarter III/2023, the locality had about 4,796 real estate transactions with a total value of more than 3,364 billion VND.

In the first 9 months of the year, the most transactions still belonged to the land segment with 3,666 lots, 943 individual houses and 188 apartments.

Khanh Hoa is speeding up planning to create a basis for calling for investment.

According to the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province, in the past period, the Provincial People's Committee has issued many instructions and implemented many solutions to restore the real estate market and promote the safe, healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market in the spirit of Resolution No. 33/NQ-CP dated March 11, 2023 of the Government.

In the coming time, Khanh Hoa will continue to implement the zoning plan for the Van Phong Economic Zone. At the same time, it will implement new planning projects such as Cam Lam New Urban Area, adjusting the general planning of Nha Trang City and other localities in the province.

In Khanh Hoa province, there are currently 6 commercial housing projects under implementation, including the KN Paradise resort and entertainment complex townhouse project with 3,719 units; My Gia Urban Area Project - Package 8 (phase 1) with 321 townhouses; Phuoc Long Apartment and Service Project with 577 apartments and 41 individual houses; CCU-01 Apartment Project, Phuoc Long New Urban Area with 236 units; CT-01 Apartment, VCN- Phuoc Long New Urban Area with 153 units; CT-02 Apartment, VCN- Phuoc Long New Urban Area with 162 units.

Also in the third quarter of 2023, Khanh Hoa approved the investment policy for the 33.8-hectare Vinpearl Phu Quy residential area project. The project aims to concretize the zoning plan (scale 1/2000) of Nha Trang port area and surrounding areas approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 19 dated January 5, 2023.
