(Dan Tri) - The social housing apartment project on lot B4-1 in the Green Urban Area Bau Tram Lakeside opened for sale 250 apartments, priced from over 500 million VND to nearly 1 billion VND/apartment.


The Department of Construction of Da Nang City has announced the opening of social housing for sale in the social housing apartment project - Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.

This time, the investor opened for sale 250 apartments with areas from 35.5m2 to 68m2/apartment. Each apartment has 1-3 bedrooms, estimated price from over 500 million VND to nearly 1 billion VND, depending on the area, including tax and maintenance fee.

According to the announcement of the Department of Construction of Da Nang city, the time to receive documents is from March 22 to April 4.

According to Dan Tri reporters, the one-bedroom apartment has the smallest area, priced from over 500 million VND to 675 million VND. Inside the apartment there is a living room with a kitchen area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a clothes drying area.

Two-bedroom apartments cost from VND780 million to nearly VND835 million. Three-bedroom apartments cost nearly VND1 billion.

Those who are eligible to buy social housing apartments in the project are families with revolutionary contributions, martyrs’ relatives who are eligible for housing improvement support; poor and near-poor households in rural areas. In addition, there are low-income people in urban areas, workers and laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions inside and outside industrial parks.

In addition, households and individuals whose land is recovered, whose houses must be cleared or demolished according to the provisions of law but have not been compensated by the State with houses or land are also eligible to buy.

People eligible to buy social housing are those who do not own a house or have a house but the average floor area per capita is less than 15m2/person; have not purchased or rented social housing; have not enjoyed housing support policies in any form in Da Nang city.

In the case of single people, the actual monthly income received does not exceed 15 million VND, and in the case of married people, the total income of husband and wife does not exceed 30 million VND, calculated according to the salary confirmed by the agency, unit, or enterprise where they work.
