On May 29, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine announced its university enrollment plan for 2024.
Associate Professor, Doctor, Doctor Nguyen Thanh Hiep, Principal of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, said that this year, the school will enroll 1,480 students in 11 training majors. Of which, 660 students will be in medicine, 300 students in nursing, and the remaining majors will have less than 100 students.
Of the 1,480 quotas, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine reserves 1,378 quotas based on high school graduation exam results; prioritizes admission of 70 quotas (for Laotian and Cambodian students studying abroad under the Protocol); and direct admission of 32 quotas.
Like previous years, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine reserves 50% of the total enrollment quota for all majors, 50% for students in Ho Chi Minh City to meet the city's medical human resource needs, the remaining 50% for all provinces and cities outside Ho Chi Minh City.
